Slowdown Insider Guide

We believe that the hotel should be the starting point of how we select the Slowdown Retreat, as the hotel plays the main role in cultivating the Art of Slowdown. Therefore we often do not expose the location as a search option, as we believe you will find a better worth of your getaway once you turn the philosophy around. We encourage you to try to think the same way.

When you search for the Slowdown, these hotels will expose you to a new world, new destination, and new experience that you haven't even known existed. So be curious, be courageous, and trust new locations. We put special care into presenting our Slowdown Members, so you can feel safe & confident in choosing the right place.

Slowdown Insider exclusively connects you with the most mindful hotels that bring the community together through shared experiences. We have personally visited these places to bring you genuine and honest insights in a very unique way.

SLOWDOWN INSIDER / SLOW SANCTUARY & GOURMET RETREAT

Villa Hundert

In the summer edition of Slowdown Insider we got the experience of Villa Hundert that inspired us from the moment we entered the house. The feeling of warmth of a home and the feeling of comfort jump into your arms. When you are introduced to the house, you get goosebumps of happiness -  a sign that it is even better in person than in the picture.

FROM SLOWDOWN INSIDER

Slow city retreat

Through the Wilmina experience, you can fall in love with the city and experience it in a slow-down style. This boutique hotel with 44 rooms under family-run management is a unique retreat inspired by nature. The energy of the hotel is authentic and calm. In fact, Wilmina is an ecosystem of two buildings connected by a unique green garden forest.

Serene and natural. In addition to timeless architecture, Saleghes Dolomites stands out with its exceptional aesthetic dimension, which his wife Ursula added to the hotel with her precise feeling for furnishing space through design and art.

Collections

Our collections are set upon the question of WHY & HOW
you wish to slow down,
rather than only where. Inside you will find our member hotels and hotels presented in
Slowdown Insider.

In our collections you will find selected places that offer a wholesome boutique experience, designed to the smallest detail, from resort to location itself, to stimulate our well-being again, reconnect us with local abundance, and invite us to discover new balance through the adventures offered by destination and resort.

When we think of exclusiveness, we are referring to the awakening of energies that one experiences somewhere, where the environment itself is designed in a way to evoke inner peace and relaxation. And you will discover new locations that give so much more.
