The Lake House is the home of the Knoerle family, and they love to share it. Here, for three whole generations, they have been offering the guests a time of relaxation and respite. Now the youngest in the Knoerle family line has taken over: As head chef and hotel director, Valentin Knoerle now runs the house with finesse and a good feel for the right balance between tradition and novelty.

The dishes are inspired by the life lived by the lake. A lot of love for the fish, but their integrated respect for nature and the oceans leads them to prepare only fish purchased from local providers or what they catch themselves.
They maintain a long-standing, personal relationship with each of their suppliers and regularly exchange information with them to cultivate a local culture of always knowing where the ingredients come from and how they are cultivated, as this, nowadays, is the greatest value and rarity.
